1. For those needing internet, it is not an issue, since they have the facilities available at the front desk area free of charge.

It was very muggy there and while it was nice to be able to hear the ocean and birds while we slept, a/c would have come in handy a couple times but overall, it was not necessary, however we were right near the ocean on the sand side and got that breeze, if you were tucked in the back near the pond or in the trees it may be an issue.

6. MINOR ISSUES - The birds are annoying at 4 AM - we don't have a solution to this.
