1. Now we did get a nice friendly welcome from the hotel manager to begin the conference; however he didn't bother to mention that he knew things were messed up nor did he apologize for messing up the conference.

4. (We usually stay at watermark and they have first class whenever we order anything) the man who put our luggage inside our truck when we were leaving broke a bottle of wine and it was a mess when we got home.
