1. I am in a hotel 10-15 nights per month and I certainly know bad service and good service.

3. Though, I find it very bad that you have to pay USD 10,- per device per room; in almost all cheap motels you will have wifi for free, and at this expensive hotel you have to pay for it.

4. Staying on the 4th floor (which is really equivalent to 9 floors above ground level), wasn't bad until Tuesday evening when some workers decided to load steel piping on the street below my room and that of many others.
