1. Very clean & sanitary with up to date equipment, all in perfect working condition.

6. The dated decor gives the place more of 3 star feel than a 4 star feel, and if a little more updating was done, this place would be a 5 star hotel.

7. The same goes with the rooms - the bathroom and furniture are very nice and modern, but the old TV and exposed orange window frames give it a dated feeling.
