1. You have to use your room key to make the elevator go to your floor, and it's difficult to see the slot and figure this out.
"Not up to par " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/7/2012 Vote
2. Every budget motel along the interstate now has free wireless access, so why should the Hyatt sock me ten bucks a day? The free wireless supposedly available in the conference meeting rooms was unreliable -- difficult to get a connection and slow as molasses.
"Nice conference hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/10/2011 Vote
3. Since the hotel was busy, elevators were sometimes difficult to get, and there was a wait, but I guess that's to be expected.
"Great location, average hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/8/2010 Vote
4. Finding a seat at a restaurant was difficult, without a 30 minute wait, at least, and just walking along the River Walk was single file.
"Great location, average hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/8/2010 Vote
5. There is construction going on however, and it did make it difficult to get around.
"Really, Really Bad Experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/27/2010 Vote
6. I find it difficult to believe that any hotel in 2010 still charges for wifi.
"Excellent location, overpriced amenities " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/10/2010 Vote
7. Other things we weren't keen on included: there was a connecting door to the next room, which meant we could hear normal levels of conversation from that room; the air conditioning seemed only to be on or off, with no temperature control; bizarrely, the hairdryer was on a short lead of only about 8 inches, which made it very difficult to use; and there was no small mirror in the bathroom.
"Let down by old style public areas " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/26/2010 Vote
8. Parking is across the street and crossing the street from the parking lot to the hotel can be difficult especially in rain.
"Not for the handicapped... " Read full review on Expedia   1/26/2010 Vote
9. As to parking, not as difficult to self park as I feared and sure the parking fee was awfully high but its no different anywhere on riverwalk (altho why that is so i don't know - its hardly nyc).
"Fantastic service, great view and location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/9/2009 Vote
10. Hotel room was comfortable, environment was conducive and quiet but parking was expensive and on some nights difficult to find parking space and we were compelled to opt for valet parking.
"Great hotel, not so great services " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/7/2009 Vote
