1. we just loved it there- seriously - Didn't get to see the building that housed the spa and fitness center- it was huge- in retrospect we should have at least checked it out- ENJOY this place is you are lucky enough to go there- I could not find a single thing wrong with it- it cannot disappoint.

8. We enjoyed the upgrade and would recommend the hotel but I would hope the teething problems will get sorted as Fairmont is a high end chain and you wouldn't expect these things still to be going wrong (the hotel opened at the beginning of the year).
