It's not that some of them were downright
rude
, it was that there were a lot of twenty-something year old male employees who seemed more interested in chatting and joking with one another than acknowledging or warmly addressing the guests.

After a less than pleasant stay at Copley Square, I was not keen to stay at another Fairmont, however I was a guest of someone who booked this hotel so I did not wish to seem
