1. :-) ) Walked to tiny place for a quick breakfast- they held our baggage for us without a problem and suggested where to go even when they had breakfast there- high quality service-We didn't want to leave.

5. Two experiences regarding service (1) I had some trouble connecting to the internet and staff was very helpful in solving that problem.

6. While I was originally concerned about the noise, it ended up not being a problem as they have doors separating the lobby from the hallway where our room was, and they did shut the doors at night .

8. That would have been great if he had ever arrived, but after well over an hour I resorted to calling the service provider's own helpline, spending ten minutes on hold, and then finally getting them to fix the problem directly.

9. I phoned the front desk, to which I only got through after four minutes on hold, and was just vaguely told that someone would inquire about the problem.

10. My only unhappiness was that although the front desk staff were very friendly and prompt at checking me in and out, they weren't at all helpful with two problems I had.
