2. worst of all, when we asked for the car again upon checkout, they parked it in the same place, out of eyesight of anyone waiting in the Gold hotel.

3. Also not sure what type of wall construction was used between guest rooms or how much insulation was in said walls, but they could have been built a little quieter - not the worst I've heard, but not the best either.
