1. I say avoid the SPA if you are expecting friendly staff as I went there twice and not one time did the four women at the desk say hello.

2. The first room we were allocated in which we spent the first night wasn't too good as it was on the top floor and beneath an air conditioning/service unit so I rumbled through the night (Room 5505) so I would recommend it is avoided.

3. A couple minor quirks are the daily charge for the internet but that can be avoided by signing up to be a President's Club member for no charge.

6. There is an additional 'dessert' hour later on around 9p which I made a point to avoid;-))Kudos to the staff here.

7. All I can say is move your room as soon as you think you have a problem floormate to avoid the issues we encountered.
