1. I am wondering whether I am not sophisticated enough to appreciate it's allure? I'll try my best to explain:Despite having to wait a half hour+ to check into our room, the staff was very polite though they should have offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

2. One minor inconvenience is that there is no ice dispenser anywhere in the hotel that guests can access, so every time you need ice, you need to call the front desk, but again, this was a minor inconvenience.
