1. The only con to this hotel is that it is very old and sound proofing could be an issue for someone who is sensitive, but it wasn't a problem for our stay.

2. There was no automated checkout, and we had to wait for staff to resolve the problems of several other guests before we could check out.

3. I had a couple of minor problems in the room (alarm clock broken, lights out in the bathroom) but the staff was very quick to correct.

4. bottom line Driskill has same rates and on 6th or even the Omni around the corner did not have any problems and will be back anywhere besides this place.

7. Finally, when I got in touch with the manager, I was told I had to write an email detailing my problem (even though I had told probably a half-dozen employees at this point what happened), and they would get me a refund.

8. We had a lot of people with the same last name at the hotel for the wedding, so this explained all the erroneous charges a bit, but still a more professional staff would have checked room numbers to avoid this sort of problem.

9. So close to midnight, we had hoped to just crash, but now there is no place to put our kids except for our bed while we are awaiting the hotel staff to rectify the problem by bringing in a cot for the kids.
