The only con to this hotel is that it is very old and sound proofing could be an issue for someone who is sensitive, but it wasn't a
problem
for our stay.

Finally, when I got in touch with the manager, I was told I had to write an email detailing my
problem
(even though I had told probably a half-dozen employees at this point what happened), and they would get me a refund.

We had a lot of people with the same last name at the hotel for the wedding, so this explained all the erroneous charges a bit, but still a more professional staff would have checked room numbers to avoid this sort of
problem
.

So close to midnight, we had hoped to just crash, but now there is no place to put our kids except for our bed while we are awaiting the hotel staff to rectify the
problem
by bringing in a cot for the kids.
