1. I stayed at a fairly new downtown hotel in Dallas a year or so ago, and almost all of my complaints would echo if I'd bothered to rate that establishment, even though that hotel didn't burden us with obtrusive bell boy 'service' and you didn't have to endure valet service (i.

2. Only minor complaint is that the TVs are dated - no flat screens - and out of sight of the bed, but that's it.

My complaints aren't meaningful: There's no inhouse convenience store (but they do have most everything you could need if you just ask for it and there's a CVS across the street) and there's no inhouse do-it-yourself laundry facility (they definitely have a service that you can use though that's incredibly quick, professional, and maticulous).
