1. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful in securing us a room (and then a second room while my brother was still on the phone with a friend having issues at the other hotel).

4. The only con to this hotel is that it is very old and sound proofing could be an issue for someone who is sensitive, but it wasn't a problem for our stay.

8. Not sure if it was the number of international staff (English as a second language?) that caused all of the issues - but for a 'five star' hotel, with a cost that accompanies it - I had a higher expectation of customer service that they didn't begin to meet.

10. Upon check-in I found that they had 'lost' my reservation, but the staff was nice in trying to assist and solve the issue.
