1. Two people from our group wanted to go for dinner at a restraurant and she rudely said that they didn't want to go there.

2. I had a bad experience trying to get breakfast at 'Jimmy Buffet's' - the staff were very rude - they walked away from me and then told me it didnt open till 7am - IT WAS ALREADY 7AM.

3. Only complaint was when I asked if we could be moved to a higher floor (since reviews had mentioned noise when staying on a lower floor) and was rudely told 'we're sold out'.
