1. But, the positives far outweighed the negatives.

4. Would have liked to have been offered a duifferent room for rest of our stay given we were there a week as that was only negative but would stay again.

5. The negatives are that there seems to be a corporate attitude that means that staff don't go 'the extra mile' and see every problem as a profit opportunity.

6. As noted by other posters, there is no room service but that is not a big negative as most things you needed were steps away from the hotel (there were ABC stores located everywhere on Kalakaua Avenue).
