1. The negatives are that there seems to be a corporate attitude that means that staff don't go 'the extra mile' and see every problem as a profit opportunity.

10. only problem with the beachcomber is that sound proofing is non existant so you can hear the delivery and garbage trucks backing up into the alley from around 4.
