1. We had #705 and wouldn't recommend it- the bathtub paint was peeling off and their were spots of mold on the walls.

2. NEGATIVES: the only negative I could find was that the tile on the lanai was disgusting/peeling/dirty so I always wore flip/flops on it when I was enjoying cocktails out there.

3. The drawback with the parking is that garage floor needs repair because it looks as if it's peeling off in sections??? The 'stuff' that's peeling off looks similar to the flooring on tennis courts, but for the most part all I did was just park so that was ok with me.
