1. The only negative is that parking was $18/day.

3. The plus side is the kitchen in the units, the negative side is that the units are individually owned and their is great variation as to what extent owners have maintained their units.

4. NEGATIVES: the only negative I could find was that the tile on the lanai was disgusting/peeling/dirty so I always wore flip/flops on it when I was enjoying cocktails out there.
