1. So then you enter your room, and it really goes downhill from here: stained carpets, torn chairs and furniture, a window air conditioner that is leaking all over the balcony, a bathroom that is disgusting, etc.

2. NEGATIVES: the only negative I could find was that the tile on the lanai was disgusting/peeling/dirty so I always wore flip/flops on it when I was enjoying cocktails out there.
