2. I have just two complaints about the hotel (in addition to those somewhat-public bathrooms) was that there was a dirty towel left in the room when we checked in.

5. The only complaint we might have had was that the lifts were out of order for part of one of the days we were there, so we had to go down the (indoor) fire escape stairs to get outside, but as they were fixed by the time we came back we didn't mind (going down is a lot better than climbing up.

9. My only complaint is with the activities desk as my wife went down and inquired about arranging a reservation for one of the Luaus and was told rather abruptly by the young man at the desk that she would have to call Grayline to arrange such an activity.
