1. Front desk was a bit slow, could do with some extra staff during the busy times but they were excellent in helping us get a room higher up.

3. We did notice some areas that might need improvement - limited nightly restautant options in the hotel, slow and expensive internet access in the lobby and the coffee maker in the room was tained with an bad aftertaste (hence, we bought a cheap kettle from Sears).
