1. The front desk staff lack basic training in hospitality manners.

2. Depending on your individual needs, the hotel may suite perfectly, however, we are heading back in 3 days to spend nearly 2 weeks w/the same client & have asked to stay elsewhere primarily because of the lack of connecting rooms & no wi-fi in the rooms issue.
