1. The lanai was nice, we were on the 31st floor and our view was excellent, My only other complaint would be the pool temperature.

8. The microwave in my room *did* work, and I have no complaints about the facilities except to suggest they get handheld showers rather than fixed.

10. My biggest complaint and is huge; when you rent the the private units condos the hotels does not extend any customers service previlages, house cleaning, equipment failures plumbing etc.
