1. needed janitor to get elevator to work and key to get into room, noisy room Friday/Saturday nights as night club sound/music vibrates through walls, we where on the seventh floor, dirty carpet, small bed, said queen size probably a double, marginal mattress, patio door broken would not lock so much for security, bathroom shower tub with rust stains, dirty soap bar holder, towels worn out, no in room safe, air conditioner barely operational, pool deck loose material, pool not heated, housekeeping two children tasked with cleaning the room.
