1. We stayed in 3 different hotels in Waikiki during our USA vacation and unfortunately Courtyard did not meet our expetations.

7. unfortunately, I found this pool to be very small, not easy to walk in, and was used primarily by the in-house spa staff and thus was closed to the public numerous times during the day and into the evening since this pool was used for massages and relaxation services.

8. Instead of putting the faucet in the lip of the mini sink (where there is a cutout) they decided to put it into the countertop, unfortunately, the faucet is not long enough and if you turn the water on anything other than full blast it just floods the countertop and floor.

9. I'd describe the room as compact but that said reception did try and upgrade us when we checked in but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked.
