Having return flights from Australia with Hawaiian Airlines (great airline for 4 ft 6 in people), and travelling in-between to Canada and Alaska, we were booked into the Courtyard by Flight Centre and owing to their mistake in bedding arrangements, courtyard kindly gave us an upgrade to a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the pool.

5. I called the front desk and said there must be a mistake because this room couldn't possibly be any smaller, can barely move in it and it only had a queen-sized bed, front desk said no mistake this IS a "larger room".
