Although we were on one of the higher floors, the street noise was still a bit
loud
and starts at a very early time (garbage trucks, busses, workers commuting to work in their cars and motorcycles).

We asked to switch to another room because the AC unit in our room was very
loud
, the lady I spoke with was very accomodating and friendly, she told we could get all of our stuff packed and she'd have someone switch them to our new room while we were gone.
"3.5 Good enough if you're not planning to stay in the hotel! "

The hotel is a bit older so the AC units in the rooms were
loud
, we had to request to change rooms because the AC kept us up at night.
