The room:- Was ridiculously small with a poor paint job- Had scratched furniture - probably due to limited room to get around the bed- Had a dodgy airconditioner blowing damp only slightly cooler air - temp adjustment removed- Had a broken balcony door latch - replaced with a metal pin though a couple of drill holes- Smelt mouldy- Had no ventillation in the bathroom - rust starting to appear- Had a poorly designed shower- Had towels that smelt sour - obviously reception blamed housekeeping not the dodgy airconditioner or lack of ventilationFor what was supposed to be a relatively new hotel, we found this very poor.
