3. Yes, the location is good, but this can not make up for the obvious deficiencies and total lack of aloha by the front desk management who clearly have a problem making their guests feel welcome.

4. We also had a little problem with the elevator, but they were very apologetic and surprised us with a nice gift basket in our room, and also didn't charge us (the ridiculous) $3/day fee to use the in-room safe.

8. The biggest problem is that there are too many delivery trucks (McDonald's is on the corner) and buses with engines running for long periods of time.

9. We experienced problems with the air conditioner and the television and each time maintenance arrived within minutes to correct the problem.

10. That happened only a couple of times to us in a week, and we were informed that the problem is much less noticeable when the hotel is any less than completely booked (which it was during our stay).
