1. Must mention that there is an independant 24hour gym located on level 2 at the front of the hotel - their 6am classes can be loud, with whistles and music.

2. First room was over the outdoor cafe and the bands loud music would keeps you up and all the smoke from the bbq would blow right in the room.

3. Both hotels equally loud for the most part but on 2nd floor of pacific beach hotel there is 24 fitness and whenever they have cycling class its so loud that if you have you're window open you cant hear the tv even if the valume is all the way up specially when its a female instractor she keeps screaming whop whop whop.

5. Lots of activity in the hallways, slamming doors, yelling down the hallway, loud talking in adjacent rooms kept the slumber to a minimum.

On our last day, former employees from the hotel spent the whole day protesting in front of the Hotel (they did warn us this was going to happen) Still very loud and annoying The pool was closed for upgrade, and very small was well, could not swim at the beach on our last day as there were box jelly fish present, so it would of been nice to use the pool.
