1. My opinion is that all the complaints you have read about this hotel are without merit because the people have some hidden agenda or are not seasoned travelers.

5. I don't have any specific complaints about the hotel, but with Hawaii being a 'nice trip' to go on, I'd probably splurge for a nice hotel next time.
