1. When I suggested a way to not have this problem in the future they did not appear interested in solving the problem.

2. I had read reviews about 'smoke smell' being a problem and all I can say is we had no smell of smoke whatsoever (and we are extremely sensitive to it) in our room.

3. As others have noted, all rooms face the ocean, so a great view would never be a problem here.

4. I did not hear any noise but my wife said she could hear some noise but did not feel it was a problem.

6. Ice was a minor issue as there are only three floors with ice in a 30 story hotel but with only 10 rooms per floor and four elevators was not a problem getting between floors.

9. Our room was on the 6th floor (hotel reserved several floors from ground up for Priceline guests) but there was no noise problem, unlike other online reviews for other hotels.

10. The only problem we experienced was that their Web site listed free internet service in the rooms and there was a charge -- we didn't use the service because we were on vacation, not business.
