3. The lack of a balcony (lanai) did not present a problem for us; we did enjoy opening the windows to the outside air and the expansive view.

5. ALSO, Some people may not be able to deal with the lack of a fridge or microwave.

6. The only negative, for me, is the lack of free wireless internet access (something that is widely available in majority of hotels on the mainland), therefore I don't know if i could recommend this for business travelers.

9. The room was very clean for first couple of days and then showed signs of lack of interest, I imagine because the room was being occupied by the same guests.
