we thought breakfast was free when we went down to fix breakfast and ask was it free staff was
rude
and snatch plate and stated no it's * bucks so if u want to eat u got to pay like * bucks was a problem but the front desk was real friendly.

Beware of Florett Curtis (she is the
rude
front desk person), you won't miss her she has a displeasing (ugly) face and a jamaican accent she tries to hide but as a person from the caribbean myself she gives Jamaicans a bad rep.
