3. No fridge, food was gross, clock in room didn't work, floor had crushed up cheese crackers in it that were NOT mine, valet parking was ridiculously INSANELY expensive, and the maid service came in & cleaned the room even when I put the do not disturb sign on the door AND told the cleaning lady personally that I did not want my room cleaned.
