3. The A/C and heating unit was also very loud; I thought it may have been the type of unit, but when I stayed at the next hotel on my trip, they had an identical unit that was much quieter.

4. Noisy people talking wayyy to loud walking to their rooms and slamming doors late at night and you'll want to ask for a room far from the elevator - it's noisy and runs all night.
