1. (why was I not told that when I checked in since I specifically asked what time it closed?) The next morning I asked the front desk if they knew if it was going to be fixed before we left a few days later and they told me it was not broken and maintenance just needed to turn the heater on which they would have done right away.

7. The location was somewhat close to where I needed to be, but it was over a steep hill and walking 4 bloks up the hill and 2 blocks down was very hard because of my recently broken leg.

8. Then there was being woken up in the middle of the night by our neighbors trashing their room in some sort of altercation, that had to be broken up by the police--not just hotel security.
