1. The new room was clean and had no signs of any problems.

4. we thought breakfast was free when we went down to fix breakfast and ask was it free staff was rude and snatch plate and stated no it's * bucks so if u want to eat u got to pay like * bucks was a problem but the front desk was real friendly.

8. The second room had several problems, TV remote did not work, hairdryer did not work, air conditioner quit, TV came on by itself in the middle of the night, alarm did not work, the second remote was very difficult to use.
