They made a mistake on my bill on the morning before I checked out and said they would fix it, but when I returned after a walk to pay, they hadn't but the lady said it was fixed, just not obvious on the bill which seemed odd to me so I insisted - why should the receipt amount be different than what will appear on my credit card statement? The lady again insisted that it was taken care of.

2. Machines at gym a bit old (they don't have their own TVs)The cleaning people get about a B- and they didn't replace toiletries every day (there was only shampoo, no conditioner)Elevators and carpets seemed a bit worn in a few spotsBack rooms overlooking parking lot and I'm not sure any rooms have a 'view'Radio/Alarm clocks were manual not digital (shocked that still exists)My card key stopped working twice which seems pretty odd and makes me suspect the front desk clerk was programming it for one night only by mistake.
