1. Also, if you use GPS it takes you to the wrong side of the hotel and as I arrived in the dark and rain I couldn't find the parking garage and ended up in a cheaper local one.

This hotel has a captive flow of guests because of its location, and I appreciated the standard features such as the Westin guest, the shower and the strbucks coffee, but messed up luggage handling, the wait during checking in, delivering the wrong paper, extremely slow room service, mishandled laundry, the room wasn't properly cleaned by housekeeping - all seemed unusually tardy.

8. When I brought the mistake to the attention of the staff they then pulled out a receipt with my name, the wrong room number, and the correct charge.

10. In addition, I also want to mention the Over-Zealous security guard who's attempting to have me charged $200 for smoking when we didn't do anything wrong.
