2. This hotel has a captive flow of guests because of its location, and I appreciated the standard features such as the Westin guest, the shower and the strbucks coffee, but messed up luggage handling, the wait during checking in, delivering the wrong paper, extremely slow room service, mishandled laundry, the room wasn't properly cleaned by housekeeping - all seemed unusually tardy.

3. They say on their menu something to the effect of 'if you need your food faster you must tell us otherwise we go slow so you enjoy yourself.
