1. The furniture was chipped/damaged, the curtains had cigarette burns in them (though the room didn't smeel like cigarettes), and the dual shower head didn't work.

2. The carpet is pulling up from the corners, the wood furniture was all knicked, worn and cracked, the very dated framed photos were in cracked and damaged frames, and overall, it was just a very plain room.

We opened our door and the room was a mess: carpeting was dirty(i would never walk barefoot or allow my family; afraid we might catch a parasite or fungi from the carpet) the ceiling was faliing apart, the lamp shades were dirty and had rust and water damage on them, old furniture, tv was back from the late 80s.

4. We parked in the Westin's Parkning Garage and someone was able to get in - get to the seventh level - do over $2,000 damage to my car and leave without anyone seeing it.
