Granted, this was a very expensive place to stay and there were a lot of extra charges for the valet parking and internet access and the like which was very annoying, but considering we were staying on a VERY busy holiday weekend (Labor Day) with both Dragon*Con and the Alabama- Virginia Tech game in town, I thought the staff did remarkably well.
