1. There were paint chips and caulk chips all through the bathroom.

9. Dirty carpets, chipped old furniture (sparse), windows don't open so no fresh air, bottled water safety seals broken and filled with tap water, phone on desk not working, rooms not sound proof (noise from both sides), pool closed for maintenance.
