1. unfortunately, this is a typical hotel that people have to stay at for conferences & meetings.

2. A couple of unfortunate incidents occurred in the morning we left as around 5 AM the hotel alarm sounded TWICE, keeping us awake from that point forward, and as a Gold member, I expected an upgraded room at check-in which I didn't receive.

3. unfortunately they are following the major airlines play books and charge one rate for the room and tag on charge after charge for things like parking, internet access ($12.

6. unfortunately the room I got assigned was smelling like if someone had been smoking in there - since over three years a quit - and after some discussions I got upgraded/ switched to what they call a PURE room, which was really good (no change in furniture though).

7. I called downstairs to speak with management and was forwarded to 'Aireli' which was sooo sweet and was nice enough to try everything that she was capable of trying to help me with the issue - Well she failed unfortunately after 4-5 hours of trying.
