1. None of the other hotels I stayed in during my 2 week trip of the USA and Canada had a smoke smell, just this one.

8. Unfortunately the room I got assigned was smelling like if someone had been smoking in there - since over three years a quit - and after some discussions I got upgraded/ switched to what they call a PURE room, which was really good (no change in furniture though).
