1. The Skycab staff were completely rude, when I asked for assistance all they did was point to a computer and told me to 'figure it out'.

2. 95 for the internet which I thought was a bit rude as most hotels in the USA include access for free in my experience.

3. The check in line and wait was a bit long, and one woman guest was quite pushy, but our friends who were ahead of us in line were given an upgraded room because they had not become upset when the rude woman stepped ahead of them.
