1. I knew not to expect much and while it really wasn't that bad, one could sense the apathy of the staff.

2. All in all, ok stay, bad nights sleeps due to air con not working to the best but works for a single night, close to airport, shuttle service all dya and night and for the price it works.

4. Check in, long wait and few agents on hand to handle customers at 4PM, close to rush hour and having 2 on hand and nobody at the SPG Preferred Line is a bad move.

5. The only thing bad to say about the Westin Airport is the hotel does NOT have a Platinum Club Lounge available.
