3. I found the 'good luck' suggestion to be a bit of a stretch in dealing with a potentially difficult customer relations issue, but I got a chuckle out of it.

5. ' There was a card in the room that indicated that they are aware of the issue and that the ladybugs just find their way into the hotel looking for warmer temperatures.

6. The weekend we were there, the hotel was hosting some kind of family reunion/birthday party and was pretty full of alot of people, but that really was a non issue.

9. Not a terrible issue but it is weird that there is an infestation of lady bugs at this hotel.
